Why does my Invoice say incomplete?

The Incomplete status means your order was created, but the payment was not finished. This usually happens when:

- The payment was abandoned before completion.
- The gateway (PayPal/Stripe/etc.) did not return a confirmation.
- Internet connection or browser issues interrupted checkout.

What to do:

- Log in to the client portal and open the invoice.
- Click Pay Now to retry the payment.
- If you believe you were charged but the invoice still shows as Incomplete, please open a support ticket with your payment receipt.

⚠️ Services will not be provisioned until the payment is marked Paid.
